Former HR Generalist Salen Trillanes, together with Jen Garcia of Regional HR, facilitated the 2-day workshop, An Interaction Management, held last August 27-28, 2009 at the Manila Peninsula Hotel. Its objective was focused on forming new leaders to help them realize their role as inspiration for others to act, successfully handle challenging situations, and expand their teams’ capabilities, in order to give the organization a competitive edge.

The workshop concluded with high energy, equipping participants to face their teams with new leadership skills.
