For me love is defined by the realization that everything else about your mate matters except yourself and when her happiness becomes yours.

Valentine's Day is one of the occasions I make use of to surprise my loved ones. A gift hidden somewhere, a bouquet of flowers tucked in an unusual corner, an unscheduled dine out - these are just samples of gimmicks I have done to delight my better half. And for this year, it will have the same element but will most likely be complemented by a weekend getaway.

And for the ladies of Supply Chain, they would normally receive a rose or a chocolate early morning as I welcome each one at the 8th floor. But since this year's Valentine's Day would fall on a Saturday - I have yet to finalize how I would extend the greetings of love to each one this year. Who knows? It can end up becoming a pleasant surprise!
